These Terms govern your use of AuditFlow AI at auditflow.site. By creating an account or running an audit you agree to these Terms.

Service description

AuditFlow scans public URLs you submit and returns diagnostic scores and findings. Results depend on the live page at scan time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue on a site will be detected.

Acceptable use

• Only audit URLs you own or have permission to test.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload, or scrape third-party sites beyond normal audit fetches.
• Do not resell or misrepresent reports as human-performed security certifications.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate controls.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select via Stripe until cancelled. Credits and quotas are described at checkout. Refunds follow our published billing policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers

AuditFlow is provided "as is." Reports are automated diagnostics, not legal, accessibility certification, or penetration-test sign-off. You are responsible for implementing fixes and verifying outcomes on your stack.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditFlow AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
