Who we are

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password hash, plan, credits, and optional profile fields (company name, logo URL, preferences).
• Audit data: URLs you submit, audit scores, findings JSON, timestamps, and scheduled audit settings.
• Usage analytics: first-party events (page views, audit starts, checkout clicks) with session ID and optional UTM parameters — no third-party ad trackers.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store customer ID and subscription status, not full card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and error reports needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use data

We use your data to provide audits, save reports, bill subscriptions, send account emails (verification, password reset), improve product reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for session authentication. We may store theme preference and analytics session IDs in local storage. First-party analytics events are logged server-side to measure product usage — not for ad targeting.

Retention

Account and audit history are kept while your account is active. You may delete individual audit reports from your dashboard. If you delete your account, associated audit records and session data are removed within a reasonable operational window.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to certain processing. California residents can use our Do Not Sell or Share page. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
